Product Description
Bosch Rexroth is an industry-leading automation brand dedicated to creating the world’s most functional drive and motion control systems. In line with this, it designed the IndraDrive product line consisting of servo motors, gearboxes, drive controllers, etc. The CSH control sections are essential components of the drive controllers in the IndraDrive system.
The CSH01.3C-PB-EN1-EN2-CCD-NN-S-NN-FW is a CSH control section with multiple interfaces in the ADVANCED range. One of these is the encoder evaluation interface supporting encoders with a supply voltage of 5V. They include the sin-cos encoder (1 Vpp) with EnDat 2.1 and sense lines, the sin-cos encoder (1 Vpp) with reference track, and the 5V-TTL square-wave encoder with reference track. These encoders are used to measure the speed, position, and direction of rotation of the rotating shaft within the system. They do this by converting the motion they detect into electrical signals interpreted by the control system. The CSH control section also has a Resolver and HSF encoder evaluation interface for encoder systems with a supply voltage of DC 8 V or AC 18.2 V peak-peak.
Because it belongs to category C3 according to IEC 61800‑3, the ideal environment for operating the CSH01.3C-PB-EN1-EN2-CCD-NN-S-NN-FW is industrial areas. High-frequency interference may occur when it is used in a public low-voltage mains supplying residential areas. In such cases, users must adopt additional measures of radio interference suppression. The communication module in the CSH model is PROFIBUS, an internationally-recognized communication protocol that allows for high-speed data exchange and control between the components of the drive system. It also has a cross communication module for interacting within this system. This model also permits firmware use.
