The CSH01.3C-NN-ENS-NNN-CCD-L2-S-NN-FW is an advanced motor control device designed by Rexroth Indramat to improve the operational efficiency of industrial machines by accurately controlling the operation of electric motors delivering kinetic energy in the industrial servo system. This industrial control device features a compact unit that allows it to maintain an operational efficiency of about 95 per cent during operation. This industrial control device operates requires a connection to a power supply unit to form a complete drive controller. The integration of the control unit into the drive controller is carried out before the control unit is delivered to the end user; however, in special cases, the industrial operator can request for the control unit and the power supply unit to be delivered separately.
The CSH01.3C-NN-ENS-NNN-CCD-L2-S-NN-FW industrial control unit features special input and output interfaces designed for the connection of the control unit to a higher-level control system. The input-output connection interfaces are also configurated for a wide range of motor encoder designs, including Hiperface and Indradyn motor encoder designs. The maximum permissible installation height for this industrial control unit is about 1000 meters above sea level; also, the permissible ambient temperature for the control unit operation falls between 0 to about 40 degrees Celsius. The CSH01.3C-NN-ENS-NNN-CCD-L2-S-NN-FW industrial control unit is not delivered with a firmware module; this can, however, be ordered by the industrial operator as a separate module.
The CSH01.3C-NN-ENS-NNN-CCD-L2-S-NN-FW industrial control unit consumes about 8.5 watts of electrical energy during operation. It can also generate a leakage current as high as 3.5 milliamperes, to prevent electrical accidents, the controller should be properly grounded before it is switched on for operation.
