Product Description
Bosch Rexroth supplies control units flexible enough to accommodate user-specific applications. They feature multiple technology functions, certified safety technology, and standardized interfaces. One of these is the CSH control section designed to be plugged into power sections of its drive controllers.
The CSH01.3C-ET-ENS-NNN-CCD-NN-S-NN-FW is a CSH control section built to support different standard encoders with a supply voltage of 12V. This is thanks to its D-sub standard encoder evaluation interface with 15 poles. Some of the compatible encoders include the sin-cos encoder (1 Vpp) with Hiperface, the sin-cos encoder (1 Vpp) with EnDat 2.1, the MSK motor encoder, and the sin-cos encoder (1 Vpp) with reference track. The control section’s communication modules are Multi-Ethernet and cross communication. With Multi-Ethernet, the drive controller can be integrated in Ethernet field bus systems, including SERCOS III, EtherCAT or ProfiNet. Cross communication serves as a master and corresponds to the IEEE 802.3 standard. Both modules have display elements that indicate their operating states.
More information on the overall operating status of the CSH01.3C-ET-ENS-NNN-CCD-NN-S-NN-FW can be accessed using its standard control panel. It is a user-friendly component with a single-line display and four operating keys. This display shows information like command and error diagnoses and pending warnings. The control panel can also be used to set the drive address, establish the position data reference, and start the basic load defaults procedure. With spring terminals and screw terminal blocks at the connection points of this configurable CSH control section, its connections are secure and vibration-resistant. It should be operated at switching frequencies of 2 kHz, 4 kHz, 8 kHz, 12 kHz, and 16 kHz. This model also supports firmware use.
