Product Description
Bosch Rexroth packaged maximum flexibility and performance in its CSH single-axis control sections. These control units can be used for several applications thanks to their wide range of communication and encoder interfaces. They are well-suited for use in food processing and packaging machines, printing and paper processing machines, and machine tools.
The CSH01.3C-ET-ENS-NNN-CCD-L2-S-NN-FW is one of the compact configurable control sections in the CSH series designed and manufactured by Bosch Rexroth. It has a typical inrush current of 4A and accommodates switching frequencies of 2 kHz, 4 kHz, 8 kHz, 12 kHz, and 16 kHz. Its standard encoder evaluation interface is the D-sub type and has 15 poles. With this interface, the control section can be connected to encoders with a supply voltage of 12V. Examples of these encoders are the sin-cos encoder (1 Vpp) with reference track, the 5V-TTL square-wave encoder with reference track, the sin-cos encoder (1 Vpp) with the EnDat 2.1 interface, and the MSK encoder. The CSH model can be used with firmware, but this must be ordered separately.
Safe Torque Off (STO) is a cost-effective safety feature built into the CSH01.3C-ET-ENS-NNN-CCD-L2-S-NN-FW to prevent the unintentional startup of the drive. It protects users from hazards and ensures energy-efficient operations. The CSH model communicates via a Multi-Ethernet module allowing the drive controller to be integrated into Ethernet field bus systems like ProfiNet, SERCOS III, and EtherCAT. It also has a cross communication interface corresponding to the IEEE 802.3 standard. Its standard control panel with four operating keys and a single-line display allows users to set the drive address, establish the position data reference, and access the error memory.
