Product Description
With Bosch Rexroth’s ADVANCED CSH control sections, maximum performance and flexibility are guaranteed for various kinds of drive operations. They are compact components of drive controllers in its Rexroth IndraDrive drive system, typically plugged into the power section. These drive controllers are used to control electric motors and monitor their operations.
The CSH01.3C-ET-ENS-MEM-CCD-L2-S-NN-FW is a model of Bosch Rexroth’s CSH control sections. It features several interfaces, including an encoder emulation interface for emulating absolute value and incremental encoder signals for further evaluation by a control unit. The signals are galvanically isolated from the circuit board, and the use of an external power supply is excluded. Thanks to its standard encoder evaluation interface, the single-axis control section can accommodate encoders with a supply voltage of 12V. Some examples of these encoders are the sin-cos encoder (1 Vpp) with EnDat 2.1, the 5V-TTL square-wave encoder with reference track, the sin-cos encoder (1 Vpp) with Hiperface, and then the sin-cos encoder (1 Vpp) with reference track. This control section has a typical inrush current of 4A and a maximum pulse width of 100ms.
Equipped with a Multi-Ethernet interface, the CSH01.3C-ET-ENS-MEM-CCD-L2-S-NN-FW interacts seamlessly with other system components. It allows the integration of the drive controller in various Ethernet field bus systems, such as SERCOS III, EtherCAT or ProfiNet. Identifying and rectifying faults associated with this module is simplified by the addition of LEDs that indicate its operating status. User protection is prioritized in the design of the configurable CSH model, as seen in its Safe Torque Off (STO) module. It prevents the drive from restarting unintentionally, ensuring its energy-efficient operation. The control section can be used with firmware.
