Product Description
Bosch Rexroth’s IndraDrive system is a safe and intelligent drive system with components like servo motors, gearboxes, and drive controllers. Its drive controllers consist of two essential parts: the power section and the control section plugged into it.
The CSH01.3C-ET-ENS-MA1-CCD-L2-S-NN-FW is a compact CSH model designed by Bosch Rexroth. It has a Multi-Ethernet interface for integrating the drive controller in different Ethernet field bus systems, including SERCOS III, EtherCAT or ProfiNet. There are LEDs that indicate the operating status of the drive controller, aiding fault detection and resolution. The control section’s standard encoder evaluation interface is the D-sub type with 15 poles for connecting encoders with a supply voltage of 12V. These include the 5V-TTL square-wave encoder with reference track, the sin-cos encoder (1 Vpp) with reference track, the sin-cos encoder (1 Vpp) with Hiperface, and the sin-cos encoder (1 Vpp) with EnDat 2.1. The control section’s typical inrush current is 4A, while its maximum pulse width is 100ms.
An Analog I/O Extension in the CSH01.3C-ET-ENS-MA1-CCD-L2-S-NN-FW equips it with analog channels of better resolution. It is also used to increase the number of analog channels, providing 2 differential analog input channels (±10V) and 2 analog output channels, both of 12-bit resolution. The control section’s cross communication module corresponds to the IEEE 802.3 standard and allows it to interact with other components of the system. Its safety technology feature is Safe Torque Off (STO) for preventing the drive from restarting unintentionally. Thanks to the standard control panel of the CSH model, users can perform functions like setting the drive address, starting the basic load defaults procedure, and establishing the position data reference.
