Product Description
CSH01.3C-ET-EN2-MA1-CCD-L2-S-NN-FW is an industrial control section. It supports safe torque off (STO) via an optional module. Safe torque off is an electronic signal used in industrial motor controllers for safety reasons. It is a basic drive-integrated safety function that ensures that no torque-generating energy can continue to act upon a motor and prevents unintentional starting. STO is the required basic foundation for drive-based functional safety, as it brings a drive safely to a no-torque state. The STO function stops any pulses at the IGBT switching gates and turns off power on the drive output to prevent the motor from producing torque. The safety-related disconnection according to STO is reached by a two-channel opto-coupler blockage, which ensures that the supply of the opto-couplers is disconnected.
The CSH01.3C-ET-EN2-MA1-CCD-L2-S-NN-FW also supports an encoder module, an analog I/O extension module, Multi-Ethernet master communication and a cross communication module. Bosch Rexroth MultiEthernet is a communication option available on the control section for the IndraDrive drive controllers. It supports integration in different Ethernet field bus systems, such as Sercos III, EtherCat, ProfiNet, and Sercos interface. The MultiEthernet option provides open communication and allows for numerous electronic and uniform functions. It is a communication technology that enables communication between different devices and systems. MultiEthernet is a proprietary technology developed by Bosch Rexroth for use in their products, such as the IndraDrive drive controllers.
The control section is compatible with a standard control panel Operators must order firmware for the unit separately. To identify firmware version, operators and their personnel can refer to information listed on the firmware type plate. To identify control section specifications, operators and their personnel can refer to information listed on the control section type plate.
