CSH01.3C-ET-EN2-EN2-CCD-S2-S-NN-FW is a Bosch Rexroth control section. It is a separate component that plugs into the power section. As a standard, the drive controller is supplied ex works complete with control section. In exceptional cases, control sections are delivered separately. Personnel trained by Bosch for mounting and dismounting control sections should mount and dismount control sections. Personnel must ground exposed conductive parts coming into contact with the control section. For a specific drive controller, the control section must not be mounted and dismounted more than 20 times.
CSH01.3C-ET-EN2-EN2-CCD-S2-S-NN-FW features MultiEthernet master communication, two encoder modules with EnDat 2.1 interfaces, a cross communication module and a safety module. The safety module supports safe motion. This module supports different application-related safety functions, such as safe stop 1 (Emergency stop), safe stop 1, safe stop 2, safe maximum speed, safely-limited speed, safely-limited increment, safe direction, safely-monitored position, safely-limited position, safely-limited position, positive, safely-limited position, negative, safe homing procedure, safe braking and holding system, safely-monitored deceleration, safe communication, safe door locking, safe diagnostic outputs and other safety features.
The CSH01.3C-ET-EN2-EN2-CCD-S2-S-NN-FW is designed for convection cooling. It is optimized for single-axis control applications. The recommended mounting orientation is vertical. Dimensions of the control unit are 241 x 49.5 x 103 millimeters. The control unit can be configured via a standard control panel with single-line display. The control panel does not support hot plug, and operators must not plug it in or disconnect it when the control unit is powered on.
