CSH01.3C-ET-EN1-NNN-CCD-S2-S-NN-FW is a control unit. It is designed and developed by Bosch Rexroth. The combination of the control unit and a power section is an IndraDrive controller that can be used for motor control in industrial applications. Typical IndraDrive controller applications include handling and mounting systems, machine tools, and packaging and food machines.

Only qualified persons are allowed to operate, maintain and/or repair the components of the electric drive and control system. Even for brief measurements or tests, operation is only allowed if the equipment grounding conductor has been permanently connected to the points of the components provided for this purpose. Operators must always wait 30 minutes after switching off power to allow live capacitors to discharge before accessing an electric component. Personnel can measure the electrical voltage of live parts before beginning to work to make sure that the equipment is safe to touch.

The CSH01.3C-ET-EN1-NNN-CCD-S2-S-NN-FW belongs to the category of configurable and advanced control sections. It is compatible with a standard control panel. Additional features include MultiEthernet master communication, an encoder HSF/RSF module, a cross communication module and a safety module with safe motion support. The MultiEthernet module features two Ethernet interfaces. Long Cat-5e cables (100 meters at maximum) can be used to connect the drive system to the higher-level control unit. The minimum bend radius recommendations for long cables is as follows: 48.75 millimeters with flexible installation and 32.50 millimeters with permanent installation. Short Ethernet cables can be used to connect devices arranged side by side in the control cabinet. The minimum recommended bend radius for a short cable is 120.50 millimeters. The MultiEthernet module has one LED display "network status" and 2 LED displays each at both connection points. The significance of "network status" depends on the field bus system.
