The CSH01.3C-CO-EN2-NNN-CCD-NN-S-NN-FW is a state-of-the-art industrial control unit designed by Rexroth Indramat to control the operation of synchronous and induction motors used in the industrial servo system. This control unit is manufactured according to international quality standards, it features a combination of past experiences and some of the latest industrial designs. This industrial control unit is designed to operate with a compatible power supply unit, the combination of the control unit and the power supply unit forms a flexible drive controller that can be used with a wide range of industrial production and processing machines including metal forming machines, food processing machines, robotic machines, and lots more. The CSH01.3C-CO-EN2-NNN-CCD-NN-S-NN-FW industrial motor also features a sophisticated operator panel which is made up of a display unit and pressure-sensitive keys. The operator panel provide a user-friendly interface through which industrial operators can interact with the control unit in real-time.
The CSH01.3C-CO-EN2-NNN-CCD-NN-S-NN-FW industrial control unit features an internal air blower which helps to keep the operating temperature of the drive within a permissible range via forced ventilation. The input and output interface of this industrial control device is also configured to be compatible with various motor encoder designs including the EnDat2.1, Vpp, and 5 V TTL encoder designs.
The CSH01.3C-CO-EN2-NNN-CCD-NN-S-NN-FW industrial control unit features a housing unit that provides protection according to the IP20 protection class, however, this housing unit does not protect the control unit from liquid and foreign solid materials with an external diameter less than 12 millimetres. For complete protection, the controller should be installed into an additional control unit that meets at least the IP54 protection class.
