Product Description
Bosch Rexroth is adept at designing highly functional and flexible drive products for diverse applications. It is the designer of the CSH control sections in its IndraDrive drive controllers. These drive controllers are used to control electrical motors and monitor their operation.
The CSH01.3C-CO-EN1-NNN-CCD-NN-S-NN-FW is a single-axis control section in the CSH series. It is a configurable Design-3 model equipped with a DeviceNet/CANopen interface for interaction with other components within the system. A switch for this module can be used to activate either DeviceNet or CANopen, depending on the application. The control section also has a cross communication module complying with the IEEE 802.3 standard. Both modules have LEDs that provide information on their operating status and signal malfunctions on the network. The CSH model can be operated at switching frequencies of 2 kHz, 4 kHz, 8 kHz, 12 kHz, and 16 kHz. It allows the use of firmware, but this must be ordered separately.
With its Resolver and HSF encoder evaluation interface, the CSH01.3C-CO-EN1-NNN-CCD-NN-S-NN-FW supports the connection of encoder systems with a supply voltage of DC 8V or AC 18.2V peak-peak. These include the resolver without data memory, the digital servo feedback by Rexroth, and the SHL01.1 hall sensor. The standard control panel in the CSH control section has a single-line display and four operating keys used to trigger simple commands. It can be used to perform various functions, such as setting the drive address, establishing the position data reference, and starting the basic load defaults procedure. As a product of category C3 per IEC 61800‑3, it should not be operated in a public low-voltage mains supplying residential areas.
