Product Description
Bosch Rexroth’s ADVANCED CSH control sections assure top performance and flexibility thanks to their diverse range of control communication and encoder interfaces. They are components of the IndraDrive drive controllers used in food processing and packaging machines and machine tools.
The CSH01.3C-CO-EN1-MA1-CCD-L2-S-NN-FW is a Bosch Rexroth control section in the CSH series. It is a Design-3 single-axis type in the ADVANCED range with a DeviceNet/CANopen interface for smooth information exchange with other components of the control system. There is also a cross communication module in the control section to aid its interaction with these system components. It corresponds with the IEEE 802.3 standard. LEDs indicate the operation states of these modules. User safety is prioritized in the design of the CSH model as seen in its Safe Torque Off (STO) safety technology module. It is a cost-effective solution for preventing the drive from restarting unintentionally. This function is activated via two redundant 24V signals.
An Analog I/O Extension in the CSH01.3C-CO-EN1-MA1-CCD-L2-S-NN-FW increases the number of analog channels available for the control section. It can also equip it with analog channels of better resolution. 2 differential analog input channels (±10V) with the 12-bit resolution and 2 analog output channels (±10V) with the 12-bit resolution are supplied by this module. The control section boasts a Resolver and HSF encoder evaluation interface, permitting the connection of encoder systems with a supply voltage of DC 8V or AC 18.2V peak-peak. They include the digital servo feedback by Rexroth, the resolver without data memory, and the SHL01.1 hall sensor box. Equipped with spring terminals and screw terminal blocks, the control section’s connection points are vibration-resistant.
