Product Description
Handling and mounting systems, food packaging machines, and machine tools are some applications of the IndraDrive drive controllers designed by Bosch Rexroth. They have two essential parts: the power section and the control section, such as those in the CSH series.
The CSH01.3C-CO-EN1-ENS-CCD-S2-S-NN-FW is a compact CSH control section in the ADVANCED range by Bosch Rexroth. It features a cross communication module that corresponds with the IEEE 802.3 standard for communicating with other system components. It is also equipped with a DeviceNet/CANopen interface to ensure seamless communication and real-time information transfer. The control section’s typical inrush current is 4A, while its maximum pulse width is 100ms. It accommodates switching frequencies of 2 kHz, 4 kHz, 8 kHz, 12 kHz, and 16 kHz. Its connection points are equipped with spring terminals and screw terminal blocks. They are designed to withstand the rigors of industrial environments and provide long-lasting performance.
Encoders that can be connected to the encoder evaluation interface of the CSH01.3C-CO-EN1-ENS-CCD-S2-S-NN-FW have a supply voltage rating of 5V. They include the 5V-TTL square-wave encoder with reference track, the sin-cos encoder (1 Vpp) with EnDat 2.1 and sense lines, and the sin-cos encoder (1 Vpp) with reference track. The CSH model also boasts a Resolver and HSF encoder evaluation interface for encoder systems with a supply voltage of DC 8V or AC 18.2V peak-peak. Its standard control panel can be used to perform functions like accessing the error memory, setting the drive address, and starting the basic load defaults procedure. This user interface displays its operating states, command and error diagnoses and pending warnings. The control section supports firmware use.
