Product Description
Bosch Rexroth’s highly efficient IndraDrive drive controllers are used to control electrical motors and monitor their operation. One of the components of these devices is the CSH control section. Their applications include handling and mounting systems, food packaging machines, and machine tools.
The CSH01.3C-CO-EN1-EN2-CCD-NN-S-NN-FW is a model of Bosch Rexroth’s single-axis control sections. It uses a DeviceNet/CANopen interface for communication with other components within the system. Its cross communication module meets the requirements of the IEEE 802.3 standard. Both modules come with LEDs that indicate their operating status, making them useful for fault identification and resolution. Thanks to its encoder evaluation interface, the control section accommodates encoders with a supply voltage of 5V. Examples are the sin-cos encoder (1 Vpp) with EnDat 2.1 and sense lines, the 5V-TTL square-wave encoder with reference track, and the sin-cos encoder (1 Vpp) with reference track. It also supports encoder systems with a supply voltage of DC 8V or AC 18.2V peak-peak.
Spring terminals and screw terminal blocks are used at the connection points of the CSH01.3C-CO-EN1-EN2-CCD-NN-S-NN-FW to provide secure and vibration-resistant connections. This permits the use of the control section in industrial environments. It should not be operated in a public low-voltage mains supplying residential areas, as high-frequency interference may occur. This is because it is a product of category C3 according to IEC 61800‑3. Its permitted switching frequencies for operation are 2 kHz, 4 kHz, 8 kHz, 12 kHz, and 16 kHz, while its typical inrush current is 4A. Using the standard control panel in the CSH control section, users can have extended diagnoses displayed at the drive controller and trigger simple commands.
