Product Description
Bosch Rexroth’s CSH control sections are built for maximum performance and dynamics. They have many configuration options and interfaces to suit application-specific purposes. These single-axis control sections are essential parts of the drive controllers of the IndraDrive system, plugged into power sections.
The CSH01.2C-SE-ENS-NNN-CCD-S1-S-NN-FW is a Design-2 single-axis control section in the CSH series by Bosch Rexroth. It is compatible with encoders with a supply voltage of 12V such as the 5V-TTL square-wave encoder with reference track, the MSK motor encoder, the sin-cos encoder (1 Vpp) with EnDat 2.1, and the sin-cos encoder (1 Vpp) with Hiperface. These encoders are connected via its standard encoder evaluation interface, which is the D-sub type with 15 poles. The safety technology feature in this CSH model is Safety Technology I/O, providing various application-related safety functions. They include safety-related standstill, safety-related drive interlock, safety-related reduced speed, and safety-related direction of motion. Its typical inrush current is 4A, while its maximum pulse width is 100ms.
Spring terminals and screw terminal blocks at the connection points of the CSH01.2C-SE-ENS-NNN-CCD-S1-S-NN-FW provide secure connections. The control section is a product of category C3, according to IEC 61800‑3. This means it is not suited for use in a public low-voltage mains supplying residential areas. In such cases, additional measures of radio interference should be adopted. Firmware use is supported with this CSH model, but it must be ordered separately. It should be operated at switching frequencies of 2 kHz, 4 kHz, 8 kHz, 12 kHz, and 16 kHz. Its standard control panel has a single-line display, where its operating states are viewed, and four operating keys for triggering simple commands.
