Product Description
One of the components of the Bosch Rexroth IndraDrive system is the drive controller designed to control electrical motors and monitor their operation. It has two essential parts: the power section and the control section.
The CSH01.2C-SE-ENS-NNN-CCD-L1-S-NN-FW is a model of the configurable single-axis control sections in Bosch Rexroth’s IndraDrive system. Its interaction with other components of the system is seamless, thanks to its SERCOS and cross communication modules. This SERCOS module permits the connection of the drive controller to higher-level control units using fiber optic cables. Consequently, the secure exchange of real-time data with minimal wiring is guaranteed. The cross communication module serves as a master for the connection of other slaves and corresponds to the IEEE 802.3 standard. Operating this CSH model can be done at switching frequencies of 2 kHz, 4 kHz, 8 kHz, 12 kHz, and 16 kHz. Its maximum pulse width is 100ms, while its typical inrush current is 4A. The control section supports firmware use, but this must be ordered separately.
Starting lockout is the inbuilt safety technology feature in the CSH01.2C-SE-ENS-NNN-CCD-L1-S-NN-FW. It complies with stop category 0, according to EN 60204-1, and prevents the system from starting up when potentially damaging conditions are detected. Its standard encoder evaluation interface is the D-sub type with 15 poles, allowing the connection of standard encoders with a supply voltage of 12V. Some of these encoders are the sin-cos encoder (1 Vpp) with reference track, the sin-cos encoder (1 Vpp) with EnDat 2.1, the sin-cos encoder (1 Vpp) with Hiperface, and the MSK motor encoder. The control section should not be mounted and dismounted more than 20 times.
