Product Description
Bosch Rexroth’s automation solutions are notable for their versatility. They are designed to meet application-specific needs across various industries. The CSH control sections are compact units in its IndraDrive drive controllers, built with multiple interfaces and communication protocols.
The CSH01.2C-SE-ENS-MA1-CCD-NN-S-NN-FW is a configurable CSH control section in the ADVANCED range by Bosch Rexroth. It has an Analog I/O Extension for increasing the number of analog channels and equipping the control section with analog channels of better resolution. With this module, the control section has 2 differential analog input channels (±10V) with 12-bit resolutions and 2 analog output channels (±10V) with 12-bit resolutions. It accommodates operation at switching frequencies of 2 kHz, 4 kHz, 8 kHz, 12 kHz, and 16 kHz and has a typical inrush current of 4A. Its connection points have spring terminals and screw terminal blocks to ensure quick and secure wire connections. They also make these connections resistant to vibration and other mechanical stresses, making the control section well-suited for use in industrial environments.
SERCOS is one of the communication modules in the CSH01.2C-SE-ENS-MA1-CCD-NN-S-NN-FW. It has a short cycle time for the exchange of target and actual values between the control system and control units. This ensures real-time information transfer and guarantees maximum precision. The module uses fiber optic cables to promote security and minimal wiring. Another communication module in the component is the cross communication master, which corresponds to the IEEE 802.3 standard. Both modules have LEDs that indicate their operating status, serving as useful tools for fault identification and rectification. The use of firmware is allowed with this CSH model, but it must be ordered separately.
