Bosch motors controllers from the IndraDrive product line are used for a wide range of industrial applications. The controllers are used to control compatible Bosch motors. These controllers are comprised of three main components: a power section, a control section, and a control panel. The CSH01.2C-SE-ENS-EN2-CCD-S1-S-NN-FW is a control section. It plugs into the power section. Operators can attach the control panel to the control section and configure or monitor it during operation. The controller firmware installs on the control section, and must be ordered as a separate item. Operators can verify control section specifications from the information printed on the attached type plate. Operators can also verify the firmware version from the information printed on the firmware type plate. Both of these type plates are attached to the control section. A separate type plate is attached to the power section.
Master communication interface on the control section is SERCOS. This interface allows communication over fiber optic cable. Operators must order the fiber optic cables as separate item. The data transmission rate and power can be set via the serial interface X2 or with the control panel. The CSH01.2C-SE-ENS-EN2-CCD-S1-S-NN-FW is a control section with a modular design. It has slots that can accommodate optional hardware modules. Factory-installed modules on the control section include two encoder modules, one safety module and a cross communication module. The cross communication module acts as a "master" for cross communication. The safety module supports safety technology I/O. Operators can also select from a range of available modules for their control sections. An integrated RS-232 interface allows communication with other devices over serial links. Only trained personnel should operate the control section.
