CSH01.2C-S3-ENS-EN2-CCD-NN-S-NN-FW is a nimble Rexroth IndraDrive drive controller manufactured by Rexroth Indramat Company. The controller is engineered to control electronic motors and monitor their operation. With additional actors and sensors, it can also be used to control and monitor drive controllers. It is made up of two main parts, namely the power and control section. The control section is typically plugged into the power section. Under rare circumstances can you buy the control section separately, since it comes as a complete package. Throughout its lifespan, the control panel should be mounted and dismounted no more than 20 times.

The CSH01.2C-S3-ENS-EN2-CCD-NN-S-NN-FW is configurable and features a master communication of SERCOS III, an option 1 (x4) of Encoder IndraDyn/Hiperface/1 Vpp/ TTL, and an option 2 (x8) of Encoder EnDat 2.1 / 1Vpp/ TTL. An option 3 (x10) cross-communication (CCD) is also available. It has a standard control panel but lacks a safety option (x41). It is recommended that you use a protective diode to mitigate modules from incorrect connection and polarity reversal of the supply voltage. The optional modules that can be used with the optional slots include CCD, ENS, EN1, EN2, and many more.

The CCD is used as a master for cross-communication via SERCOS III. ENS, EN1, and EN2 are used for encoder evaluation, where ENS is used for encoder systems of Indra-Dyn motors, EN1 is used for resolvers and encoder systems with HSF interface, and EN2 is used for encoder systems with 5 V supply. For an optimal connection, the connection points at the control section are equipped with screw terminal blocks and spring terminals. If you desire to use two conductors in one terminal connecting point, you should use TWIN ferrules, and wires should be of a similar cross-section.
