Product Description
Bosch Rexroth’s CSH single-axis control sections are essential components of the drive controllers in its Rexroth IndraDrive drive system. They are compact units designed to be plugged into the power sections of these drive controllers. These control sections also have multiple interfaces to aid their functions.
The CSH01.2C-PL-NNN-MA1-CCD-NN-S-NN-FW is a model of the CSH control sections in the ADVANCED range by Bosch Rexroth. It has a typical inrush current of 4A and a maximum inrush current of 100ms, accommodating operation at switching frequencies of 2kHz, 4kHz, 8kHz, 12kHz, and 16kHz. Its 37-pin parallel interface enables seamless communication, providing 16 digital inputs and 16 digital outputs. These inputs and outputs are combined in groups of 4 inputs and 4 outputs each and are galvanically isolated from the control section. It also uses a cross communication module as a master for communication. Its standard encoder evaluation interface is suited for encoders with a supply voltage of 12V. These include the sin-cos encoder (1 Vpp) with reference track, the sin-cos encoder (1 Vpp) with the Hiperface interface, and the MSK motor encoder.
An Analog I/O Extension is another interface in the CSH01.2C-PL-NNN-MA1-CCD-NN-S-NN-FW. It increases the number of analog channels and equips control sections with analog channels of better resolution. Functions that are made available by this interface are 2 differential analog input channels (±10V) with a 12-bit resolution and 2 analog output channels (±10V) with a 12-bit resolution. The standard control panel in the configurable CSH control section is a useful tool for fault identification and rectification. It has a single-line display, where its operating states, unresolved faults, and command and error diagnoses are shown.
