Product Description
Bosch Rexroth is a renowned manufacturer of future-proof drive products, featuring cutting-edge technology. Its IndraDrive drive controllers are used to control electric motors and monitor their operations. The compact CSH control sections are components of these drive controllers, usually plugged into the power section.
The CSH01.2C-PL-ENS-NNN-CCD-NN-S-NN-FW is a configurable model of the CSH control sections in Bosch Rexroth’s ADVANCED range. It is equipped with a standard encoder evaluation interface for encoders like the sin-cos encoder (1 Vpp) with the EnDat 2.1 interface, the sin-cos encoder (1 Vpp) with the Hiperface interface, and the MSK motor encoder. These encoders have a supply voltage of 12V. The control section’s permitted switching frequencies for operation are 2 kHz, 4 kHz, 8 kHz, 12 kHz, and 16 kHz. Its typical inrush current is 4A, while its maximum pulse width is 100ms. The available modules on the CSH model for interacting with other system components are parallel interface and a cross communication master module. 16 digital inputs and 16 digital outputs, combined in groups of 4 inputs and 4 outputs each are available with the parallel interface module.
Equipped with a standard control panel, the CSH01.2C-PL-ENS-NNN-CCD-NN-S-NN-FW provides a user-friendly interface for users to interact with the system. This user panel displays operating states, pending warnings, and command and error diagnoses on its single-line display. Its four operating keys can be used to trigger simple commands and perform functions like navigating the error memory, setting the drive address, and establishing the position data reference. This CSH control section belongs to category C3 per IEC 61800‑3. Consequently, its operation in a public low-voltage mains supplying residential areas is not recommended.
