Product Description
Bosch Rexroth’s automation solutions find applications across a wide range of industries. Its products are highly versatile and flexible to suit the needs of various users. The drive controller in its IndraDrive drive system comprises two essential parts: a power section and the control section plugged into it.
The CSH01.2C-PL-ENS-NNN-CCD-L1-S-NN-FW is one of the control sections in the CSH family by Bosch Rexroth. It is a single-axis, Design-2 type featuring a standard control panel with a single-line display and four operating keys. This user panel can be used to perform various functions like starting the basic load defaults procedure, setting the analog outputs, and navigating the error memory. It shows the operating states, command and error diagnoses, and pending warnings, making it a useful tool for fault identification and resolution. The control section’s communication interfaces are a parallel interface and a cross communication master module. With the parallel interface, users get 16 digital inputs and 16 digital outputs, combined in groups of 4 inputs and 4 outputs each.
Starting lockout in the CSH01.2C-PL-ENS-NNN-CCD-L1-S-NN-FW complies with stop category 0 according to EN 60204-1. It prevents the system from starting up when it detects potentially harmful conditions like faults and improper connections. The control section’s standard encoder evaluation interface is the D-Sub type with 15 poles. It supports encoders with a supply voltage of 12V such as the sin-cos encoder (1 Vpp) with reference track, the sin-cos encoder (1 Vpp) with the EnDat 2.1 interface, and the 5V-TTL square-wave encoder with reference track. Like other CSH control sections, mounting and dismounting this control section from its power section is simplified due to its compact size.
