Product Description

Drive controllers in Bosch Rexroth’s IndraDrive drive system are used to control electric motors and monitor their operations. They are used in machine tools, food processing and packaging machines, and handling and mounting systems. The drive controller has two essential parts: the control section and the power section.

The CSH01.2C-PL-ENS-MEM-CCD-S1-S-NN-FW is a single-axis control section in the ADVANCED CSH range by Bosch Rexroth. It features connection points equipped with spring terminals and screw terminal blocks. They provide secure connections and are easy to install. The standard user panel on the control section provides a user-friendly interface for operators to interact with the system. Its single-line display shows relevant information like operating states, command and error diagnoses, and pending warnings. With its four keys, users can set the drive address, start the basic load defaults procedure, establish the position data reference, and set the analog outputs. The parallel interface on the control section contains 16 digital inputs and 16 digital outputs galvanically isolated from it. They are combined in groups of 4 inputs and 4 outputs each.

Encoders like the MSK motor encoder, the sin-cos encoder (1 Vpp) with reference track, and the sin-cos encoder (1 Vpp) with the Hiperface interface can be connected to the CSH01.2C-PL-ENS-MEM-CCD-S1-S-NN-FW. This is done via its standard encoder evaluation interface for encoders with a supply voltage of 12V. It is a D-Sub type of connection point with 15 poles. To protect users, the CSH model is equipped with a Safety Technology I/O module for different application-related safety functions. It also facilitates communication via its cross communication master module and supports the use of firmware. This firmware must be ordered separately.
