Product Description
Users can trust Bosch Rexroth to deliver products that are up-to-date with the latest industry trends and requirements. The IndraDrive drive system comprises components like servo motors, gearboxes, and drive controllers. The CSH control sections are part of this system.
The CSH01.2C-PL-ENS-MEM-CCD-NN-S-NN-FW is a model of the compact control sections in Bosch Rexroth’s CSH series. Like others in the ADVANCED range, it is a single-axis model with multiple interfaces to enhance its flexibility. One of these is the standard encoder evaluation interface suited for encoders with a supply voltage of 12V. Examples of these encoders are the 5V-TTL square-wave encoder with reference track, the MSK motor encoder, the sin-cos encoder (1 Vpp) with reference track, and the sin-cos encoder (1 Vpp) with the Hiperface interface. The control section also has an encoder emulation interface for emulating absolute value and incremental encoder signals. These signals are galvanically isolated from the circuit board and the process does not require an external power supply.
For communication, the CSH01.2C-PL-ENS-MEM-CCD-NN-S-NN-FW uses a parallel interface and a cross communication master module. Its parallel interface is equipped with 16 digital inputs and 16 digital outputs. These inputs and outputs are galvanically isolated from the control section and organized in groups of 4 inputs and 4 outputs each. The cross communication module meets the demands of the IEEE 802.3 standard. As a product of category C3 per IEC 61800-3, the CSH model is best suited for use in industrial areas only. Additional measures of radio interference suppression must be adopted when it is used in a public low-voltage mains supplying residential areas. It allows the use of firmware, but this must be ordered separately.
