Product Description
Bosch Rexroth remains at the forefront of technological advancements in the automation industry. The brand equips its customers with state-of-the-art solutions for numerous automation challenges. One of its products is the drive controller with control sections like the CSH models.
The CSH01.2C-PL-ENS-MA1-CCD-S1-S-NN-FW is one of the configurable single-axis control sections in Bosch Rexroth’s CSH series. Its communication modules include a parallel interface and a cross communication master module. This parallel interface comes with 16 digital inputs and 16 digital outputs arranged in groups of 4 inputs and 4 outputs each. The cross communication module corresponds with the IEEE 802.3 standard, and together, they promote seamless communication between the control section and other system components. Thanks to the Analog I/O extension module on the control section, more analog channels, and others with a better resolution can be supplied. It provides 2 differential analog input channels (±10V) with a 12-bit resolution and 2 analog output channels (±10V) with a 12-bit resolution.
Many standard encoders with a supply voltage of 12V can be connected to the CSH01.2C-PL-ENS-MA1-CCD-S1-S-NN-FW via its standard encoder evaluation interface. They include the sin-cos encoder (1 Vpp) with the EnDat 2.1 interface, the MSK motor encoder, the sin-cos encoder (1 Vpp) with reference track, and the 5V-TTL square-wave encoder with reference track. There is a Safety Technology I/O module in the control section for triggering various application-related safety functions. Examples are safety-related standstill, safety-related drive interlock, and safety-related reduced speed. The CSH control section supports the use of firmware, but this must be ordered separately. Its standard control panel can be used to set the drive address and access the error memory.
