One of the most innovative products designed by Bosch Rexroth is the IndraDrive drive system. Its components include servo motors, gearboxes, drive controllers, etc. These drive controllers have two essential components: the control section, like those in the CSH family, and the power section.

The CSH01.2C-PL-ENS-MA1-CCD-NN-S-NN-FW is a model of the single-axis control sections in the CSH series by Bosch Rexroth. It is a configurable type with a cross communication master module that meets the IEEE 802.3 standard. This module aids its communication with other units within the system. There is also a parallel interface for communication in the control section. Its 16 digital inputs and 16 digital outputs are combined in groups of 4 inputs and 4 outputs each. These inputs and outputs are galvanically isolated from the control section. Another interface on the control section is a standard encoder evaluation interface for several encoders with a supply voltage of 12V. Some of these are the sin-cos encoder (1 Vpp) with reference track, the MSK motor encoder, the sin-cos encoder (1 Vpp) with the EnDat 2.1 interface, and the 5V-TTL square-wave encoder with reference track.

Because of its compact build, the CSH01.2C-PL-ENS-MA1-CCD-NN-S-NN-FW can be seamlessly mounted and dismounted from its power section up to 20 times. Its Analog I/O extension module provides 2 differential analog input channels (±10V) with a 12-bit resolution and 2 analog output channels (±10V) with a 12-bit resolution. The control section is equipped with a standard control panel whose display shows the system’s operating stages, command and error diagnoses and pending warnings. It has four keys that can be used to trigger simple commands and initiate various operations.
