Product Description
Bosch Rexroth continues to make significant impacts in the global automation market with its release of state-of-the-art drive and motion control products. Its CSH control sections are components of the drive controllers in its highly efficient Rexroth IndraDrive drive system.
The CSH01.2C-PL-ENS-MA1-CCD-L1-S-NN-FW is a configurable Design-2 control section in the CSH series designed and manufactured by Bosch Rexroth. It is a compact component that can easily be mounted or dismounted from its power section up to 20 times without the risk of damage. Its connection points have spring terminals and screw terminal blocks that ensure reliable connections. They are also vibration-resistant and easy to install. The control section’s standard encoder evaluation interface is designed to accommodate a wide range of standard encoders with a supply voltage of 12V. They include the sin-cos encoder (1 Vpp) with the EnDat 2.1 interface, the sin-cos encoder (1 Vpp) with reference track, the MSK motor encoder, and the 5V-TTL square-wave encoder with reference track. This interface is the D-Sub type with 15 poles.
Communication between the CSH01.2C-PL-ENS-MA1-CCD-L1-S-NN-FW occurs via a parallel interface containing 16 digital inputs and 16 digital outputs. They are combined in groups of 4 inputs and 4 outputs each, all galvanically isolated from the control section. It is also equipped with a cross communication master module, corresponding to the IEEE 802.3 standard. The control section’s safety module is starting lockout complying with stop category 0 according to EN 60204-1. This feature prevents the system from starting up when potentially harmful conditions like the improper connection of the main drive motor are detected. The control section supports firmware use, but this must be ordered separately.
