Product Description
Bosch Rexroth’s single-axis control sections are versatile components of its IndraDrive drive system. They have a compact build that aids their easy installation. They are components of the drive controllers in the drive system used in machine tools, handling and mounting equipment, and food processing machines.
The CSH01.2C-PB-ENS-EN2-CCD-S1-S-NN-FW is one of the single-axis control sections in the CSH series by Bosch Rexroth. It is a Design-2 model with two encoder evaluation interfaces. One of these interfaces accommodates encoders with a supply voltage of 12V. Examples of these encoders are the MSK motor encoder, the sin-cos encoder (1 Vpp) with reference track, the 5V-TTL square-wave encoder with reference track, and the sin-cos encoder (1 Vpp) with the Hiperface interface. Its other interface supports encoders with a supply voltage of 5V. The safety technology module in the control section is a Safety Technology I/O module, suitable for different application-related safety functions. These include safety-related drive interlock, safety-related reduced speed, safety-related direction of motion, and safety-related standstill.
Like other CSH control sections, the CSH01.2C-PB-ENS-EN2-CCD-S1-S-NN-FW belongs to category C3 per IEC 61800‑3. This means it should be operated in industrial areas only. When used in a public low-voltage mains supplying residential areas, high-frequency interference may occur. Additional measures of radio interference suppression should be adopted. Firmware use is permitted with the CSH model, but it should be ordered separately. Using the standard control panel, users can set the drive address, start the basic load defaults procedure, and set the analog outputs. It can be safely mounted and dismounted from its power section due to its compact size. This should not be done more than 20 times.
