Product Description
Bosch Rexroth’s CSH control sections are a group of modular devices with multiple interfaces. They are components of the drive controllers in the IndraDrive system for controlling electrical motors and monitoring their operation. Their applications include machine tools, handling and mounting equipment, and food processing machines.
The CSH01.2C-PB-ENS-EN1-CCD-NN-S-NN-FW is a Design-2 model of the control sections in the CSH family by Bosch Rexroth. It is equipped with a Resolver and HSF encoder evaluation interface suitable for encoder systems with a supply voltage of DC 8V or AC 18.2V peak-peak. Some of these encoders are the MHD motor encoder, the MKD motor encoder, the resolver without data memory, and the hall sensor box SHL01.1. The single-axis CSH control section also has a standard encoder evaluation interface for encoders with a supply voltage of 12V. Examples of such encoders are the sin-cos encoder (1 Vpp) with the EnDat 2.1 interface, the MSK motor encoder, the 5V-TTL square-wave encoder with reference track, and the sin-cos encoder (1 Vpp) with reference track.
Like other control sections in the ADVANCED CSH series, the CSH01.2C-PB-ENS-EN1-CCD-NN-S-NN-FW is a product of category C3 according to IEC 61800‑3. This means it is not suitable for use in a public low-voltage mains supplying residential areas. When used in such a situation, additional measures of radio interference must be employed to manage high-frequency interference. The control section is compatible with firmware, which must be ordered separately. Its communication with other system components is via PROFIBUS, a reliable bus system for cyclically exchanging specified and actual values, including status signals and diagnostic messages. Using its standard control panel, users can monitor its operating states.
