Product Description
Bosch Rexroth’s IndraDrive drive controllers are used to control electrical motors and monitor their operation. Each model has a modular control section plugged into the power section. Some of the applications of these drive controllers are machine tools, food processing and packaging machines, and handling and mounting equipment.
The CSH01.2C-PB-EN2-NNN-CCD-S1-S-NN-FW is a configurable CSH control section designed and manufactured by Bosch Rexroth. It is equipped with safety technology I/O, an input/output module that provides safety-related functions. These include safety-related drive interlock, safety-related standstill, safety-related reduced speed, and safety-related direction of motion. The control section’s cross-communication module allows smooth communication even within complex control systems. It corresponds to the IEEE 802.3 standard. Another communication module in the Design-2 CSH control section type is PROFIBUS. It enables the fast and efficient exchange of specified and actual values, including status signals and diagnostic messages.
With its standard encoder evaluation interface, the CSH01.2C-PB-EN2-NNN-CCD-S1-S-NN-FW is compatible with encoders with a supply voltage of 5V. Examples of these encoders are the sin-cos encoder (1 Vpp) with reference track, the sin-cos encoder (1 Vpp) with the EnDat 2.1 interface and sense lines, and the 5V-TTL square-wave encoder with reference track. The CSH control section’s user-friendly control panel is the standard type with a single-line display and four operating keys. It can perform a wide range of functions, including setting the drive address, accessing the error memory, and starting the basic load defaults procedure. Thanks to its compact size, mounting and dismounting this control section from its power section can be done seamlessly. For optimal use, this action should be done not more than 20 times.
