The CSH01.2C-PB-EN2-NNN-CCD-L1-S-NN-FW is one of the compact single-axis control sections in the IndraDrive drive system by Bosch Rexroth. Its interfaces include a standard encoder evaluation interface, a PROFIBUS communication module, and the RS232 serial interface. Encoders with a supply voltage of 5V are connected to the control section via its encoder evaluation interface. These include the sin-cos encoder (1 Vpp) with the EnDat 2.1 interface and sense lines, the sin-cos encoder (1 Vpp) with reference track, and the 5V-TTL square-wave encoder with reference track. PROFIBUS is a reliable communication protocol that allows for fast and efficient data exchange between system components. The CSH model has LEDs for monitoring its activity.
Another interface on the CSH01.2C-PB-EN2-NNN-CCD-L1-S-NN-FW is a master for cross-communication that corresponds to the IEEE 802.3 standard. The control section can be safely mounted and dismounted from the power section of its drive controller, but this must not exceed 20 times. Its safety technology module is starting lockout, complying with stop category 0 according to EN 60204-1. With its standard control panel, users can configure and diagnose the control section. Its functions include setting the drive address, establishing the position data reference and accessing the error memory. The standard control panel has a single-line display and four operating keys for exploring these functions. Firmware can be used with the control section, but this must be ordered separately.
