Product Description
Bosch Rexroth’s state-of-the-art automation products solve challenges for a wide range of applications. The drive controllers in its highly functional IndraDrive drive system consist of two components: the control section and the power section. One of the classes of control sections is the CSH family.
The CSH01.2C-NN-EN2-MA1-CCD-NN-S-NN-FW is a model of the flexible control sections of the CSH series. It is a configurable Design-2 type equipped with an Analog I/O extension. This module can increase the number of analog channels and equip the control section with analog channels of better resolution. It provides two differential analog input channels (±10V) of 12-bit resolution and two analog output channels (±10V) of 12-bit resolution. The control section’s encoder evaluation interface is the D-sub type with 15 poles. It is compatible with encoders with a supply voltage of 5V. These include the sin-cos encoder (1 Vpp) with reference track, the 5V-TTL square-wave encoder with reference track, and the sin-cos encoder (1 Vpp) with the EnDat 2.1 interface and sense lines.
Cross communication facilitates smooth information transfer between the CSH01.2C-NN-EN2-MA1-CCD-NN-S-NN-FW and other system components. Its standard control panel is designed to provide operators with an easy-to-use interface for controlling and monitoring the system in real time. Users can perform functions like setting the drive address, starting the basic load defaults procedure, establishing the position data reference, and setting the analog outputs with this user panel. Like other products on the IndraDrive platform, this CSH model is a product of category C3, according to IEC 61800‑3, indicating that it is best suited for industrial areas. Its connection points come with spring terminals and screw terminal blocks to provide secure connections.
