The CSH01.2C-NN-EN2-EN2-CCD-S1-S-NN-FW is one of the flexible and versatile control sections of the CSH series designed and manufactured by Bosch Rexroth. Its two encoder evaluation interfaces permit the connection of encoders with a supply voltage of 5V. Examples of these encoders are the 5V-TTL square-wave encoder with reference track, the sin-cos encoder (1 Vpp) with the EnDat 2.1 interface and sense lines, and the sin-cos encoder (1 Vpp) with reference track. The control section’s module to ensure user safety is Safety Technology I/O, allowing application-related safety functions. These include safety-related standstill, safety-related drive interlock, safety-related reduced speed, and safety-related direction of motion.

It ensures seamless information exchange to improve the system’s overall efficiency. LEDs indicate its operating status, serving as helpful tools for fault detection and resolution. The typical inrush current of the CSH model is 4A, while its maximum pulse width is 100ms. Its standard control panel is used to set the drive address, establish the position data reference, set the analog outputs, and access the error memory. It comes with a single-line display that shows its operating states, pending warnings, and command and error diagnoses. Since it belongs to category C3 per IEC 61800‑3, its operation is best suited for industrial areas. It should be installed at a maximum height of 1,000m.
