Product Description
Bosch Rexroth’s CSH control sections are flexible control units in its IndraDrive system. It is plugged into the power section of the drive controllers in this drive system. These drive controllers are used in machine tools and handling and mounting systems.
The CSH01.2C-NN-EN2-EN2-CCD-NN-S-NN-FW is a compact CSH control section with two encoder evaluation interfaces supporting encoders with a supply voltage of 5V. Examples of these encoders are the sin-cos encoder (1 Vpp) with the EnDat 2.1 interface and sense lines, the sin-cos encoder (1 Vpp) with reference track, and the 5V-TTL square-wave encoder with reference track. It is equipped with a cross communication module to facilitate information sharing, improving the system’s performance and accuracy. There are LEDs that alert users on the status of the communication module, making them important tools for fault rectification. The control section supports the use of firmware, but this must be ordered separately.
As a product of category C3 in line with IEC 61800‑3, the CSH01.2C-NN-EN2-EN2-CCD-NN-S-NN-FW is designed for use in industrial areas. It generates high-frequency interference in a public low-voltage mains supplying residential areas, creating the need for additional measures of radio interference suppression. The standard control panel in the CSH control section improves system performance by allowing operators to control the system in real time. It has a single-line display showing pending warnings, operating states, and command and error diagnoses. Some functions that users can perform with this user panel include establishing the position data reference, initiating the basic loads default procedure, setting the drive address, and accessing the error memory. It should be installed at a maximum height of 1,000m above mean sea level.
