Product Description
Bosch Rexroth is a global automation brand with a commitment to meeting users’ vast automation needs. Its CSH control sections come in a compact package that aids their easy handling and installation. They belong to the ADVANCED control section range.
The CSH01.2C-NN-EN1-NNN-CCD-NN-S-NN-FW is a control section in the CSH series with a typical inrush current of 4A. It is equipped with a user-friendly standard user panel used to initiate the basic loads default procedure, set the drive address, and establish the position data reference. This user panel is not suited for hot plug and must have been plugged in when the drive controller is switched on for it to be recognized. It has a single-line display where information like its operating states, command and error diagnoses and pending warnings are shown. The cross communication module in this CSH model aids its interaction with the system via the rapid and secure transfer of information. It comes with LEDs that indicate its operating status and serve as tools for fault identification and diagnosis.
Encoder systems with a supply voltage of DC 8 V or AC 18.2 V peak-peak can be connected to the CSH01.2C-NN-EN1-NNN-CCD-NN-S-NN-FW via its Resolver and HSF encoder evaluation interface. These include digital servo feedback by Rexroth for MHD motors, resolver for MKD motors, resolver without data memory, and Hall sensor box SHL01.1. The interface is a D-sub type with 15 poles. Like other CSH control sections, this model belongs to category C3 in line with IEC 61800‑3. This means it is best suited for industrial applications. When used in a public low-voltage mains supplying residential areas, high-frequency interference may occur.
