Product Description
Bosch Rexroth built the ADVANCED control units of the CSH series to suit applications with high performance demands. They are plugged into the power sections of the IndraDrive drive controllers used to control electrical motors and monitor their operations. Their applications include machine tools and handling systems.
The CSH01.2C-CO-NNN-NNN-CCD-L1-S-NN-FW is a Design-2 control section model of the CSH series. It is a configurable type with a DeviceNet/CANopen interface for interacting with other components of the system. Its cross communication interface also facilitates seamless communication between this control unit and the system. Together, they ensure rapid and secure information transfer to enhance synchronism. The control section’s connection points are equipped with spring terminals and screw terminal blocks. It also has a serial interface (RS232) with eight poles required for programming, parameterization and diagnosis during commissioning and servicing. An alternative tool for its configuration is the IndraWorks software tool by Bosch Rexroth.
A standard user panel comes with the CSH01.2C-CO-NNN-NNN-CCD-L1-S-NN-FW. It has a single-line display that shows the operating states, command and error diagnoses and pending warnings. Its operating keys can be used to explore its functions and trigger simple commands. Some of these functions include setting the drive address, accessing the error memory, establishing the position data reference, and setting the analog outputs. Firmware can be used with the CSH control section, but this should be ordered separately. It features starting lockout that complies with stop category 0 according to EN 60204-1 as its safety feature. This safety module prevents the system’s unintentional startup, protecting both personnel and equipment from damage. Its typical inrush current is 4A, while its maximum pulse width is 100ms.
