Product Description
ADVANCED control units by Bosch Rexroth meet high performance demands. They are components of the drive controllers in the IndraDrive drive system used for controlling electrical motors and monitoring their operations. These compact CSH control sections are used in machine tools, handling and mounting systems, and robotics.
The CSH01.2C-CO-ENS-NNN-CCD-S1-S-NN-FW is a single-axis control section in the CSH series designed by Bosch Rexroth. It is equipped with a standard encoder evaluation interface, permitting its connection to encoders with a supply voltage of 12V. They include the 5V-TTL square-wave encoder with reference track, the sin-cos encoder (1 Vpp) with the EnDat 2.1 interface, the MSK motor encoder, and the sin-cos encoder (1 Vpp) with reference track. The interface allows for flexibility in the choice of encoder type and simplifies the process of integrating the drive controller into existing control systems. Firmware use is allowed with the CSH model, but it must be ordered separately.
A DeviceNet/CANopen interface in the CSH01.2C-CO-ENS-NNN-CCD-S1-S-NN-FW facilitates its interaction with other components of the drive system. It promotes rapid information transfer to aid synchronism between these components. There is also a cross communication module in the CSH control section corresponding to the IEEE 802.3 standard. It works with LEDs that serve as indicators of its operating status, making them vital tools for fault diagnosis and resolution. The control section’s standard control panel is used to perform a wide variety of functions. These include setting the drive address, starting the basic load defaults procedure, setting the analog outputs, and establishing position data reference. It has a single-line display for viewing its operating states, command and error diagnoses and pending warnings.
