Product Description
Control sections like the single-axis types in the CSH series and power sections are the components of the IndraDrive drive controllers designed by Bosch Rexroth. The drive controllers are used to control electrical motors and monitor their operation.
The CSH01.2C-CO-ENS-NNN-CCD-NN-S-NN-FW is a configurable control section in Bosch Rexroth’s CSH series, featuring a cross communication module. This module supports real-time communication between the system’s components to ensure synchronism. The control section also has a CANopen module for communication, simplifying the system’s configuration and setup. Encoders like the sin-cos encoder (1 Vpp) with Hiperface, the sin-cos encoder (1 Vpp) with the EnDat 2.1 interface, and the 5V-TTL square-wave encoder with reference track can be connected to this CSH control section. It has a standard encoder evaluation interface for these encoders with a supply voltage of 12V. The typical inrush current of this control section is 4A.
Spring terminals and screw terminal blocks are present at the connection points of the CSH01.2C-CO-ENS-NNN-CCD-NN-S-NN-FW. It has a user-friendly standard control panel used for parameterization and monitoring the control system. This user panel has a clear, single-line display where users can view its operating states, command and error diagnoses and pending warnings. It can be used to set the drive address, navigate the error memory, start the basic load defaults procedure, and set the analog outputs. The CSH control section belongs to category C3 according to IEC 61800‑3. This means it is best suited for industrial areas. High-frequency interference is to be expected when it is used in a public low-voltage mains supplying residential areas. Additional measures of radio interference suppression should be employed in such cases.
