The CSH01.2 family of control sections is offered by Bosch Rexroth that designs and manufactures a wide range of drive controllers. These control sections are formed by a combination of power section and a control section controlled by a firmware. The CSH01.2C-C0-EN2-EN1-CCD-S1-S-NN-FW comes in a compact size and robust design to be used in modern drive controllers by Rexroth Indramat. The CSH01.2C control section is a space-saving unit with physical dimensions as 103mm x 241mm x 49.5mm. This is an advanced model with state-of-the-art features such as CANOpen/ DeviceNet. The installation and operation is assisted by a standard control panel with a single-line display. This model is configurable as denoted by the alphabet ‘C’ in the type code. The connection point X4 and X8 provide support for the EnDat 2.1, 1Vpp, and TTL interfaces. It comes with a safety technology for I/O devices. The X7 port is designated for the memory card while the X2 is designed for RS-232 serial interface. The interface for control panel can be connected at H1 connection point. The model CSH01.2C-C0-EN2-EN1-CCD-S1-S-NN-FW should be powered by an external supply voltages provided at X31.8 and X31.9. To protect the module against the incorrect connection and reverse polarity, a protective diode can be used in with the power supply at connection point X31.8. The analog inputs include terminals X32.4 and X32.5, designed to be powered by 10V power supply. A drive controller consist of two parts, a power section and a control section with dimensions such as 241mm height, 103mm depth and 49.5mm wide. Customers can operate it in ambient temperature ranging from 0 to +45 degree Celsius. The permissible installation elevation is 1000 MSL.
