The CSH01.1C-SE-NNN-NNN-MD2-L2-S-NN-FW is a unique industrial controller designed by Rexroth Indamat to improve the operational efficiency of industrial machines by accurately controlling the speed, position and operation of industrial motors used to supply kinetic energy in the servo system. This industrial controller is designed by industrial professionals, it features a unique housing, and can be used with a wide range of production and processing machines. Under normal operating conditions, the CSH01.1C-SE-NNN-NNN-MD2-L2-S-NN-FW control device maintains an operational efficiency of about 95 per cent; it can also maintain a high degree of accuracy over a broad speed range. Although the housing of the CSH01.1C-SE-NNN-NNN-MD2-L2-S-NN-FW industrial controller provides protection according to the IP20 protection class, this housing unit provides the controller with protection against large solid materials with an external diameter larger than 12 millimetres.

The controller also features a multimedia card slot through which configuration instructions stored in multimedia cards can be transmitted to the control device.
The CSH01.1C-SE-NNN-NNN-MD2-L2-S-NN-FW industrial control device features connection interfaces suitable for the EnDat2.1 and 5 V TTL encoder designs. This control device also features the SERCOS III command communication interface, which controls the exchange of digital information between the controller and all other parts of the industrial servo system. The permissible ambient temperature suitable for the operation of this industrial motor falls between 0 to about 40 degrees Celsius, while the maximum permissible installation height is about 1000 meters above sea level.
