Product Description
Bosch Rexroth’s CSH control sections family is a group of devices in the drive controllers of its IndraDrive system with diverse interfaces and functionalities. They are plugged into the power section and can be dismounted as the occasion demands.
The CSH01.1C-SE-ENS-MEM-MD2-L2-S-NN-FW is a configurable CSH control section featuring a standard encoder evaluation interface with 15 poles. It favors encoders like the sin-cos encoder (1 Vpp) with reference track, the sin-cos encoder (1 Vpp) with EnDat 2.1, the 5V-TTL square-wave encoder with reference track, and the MSK motor encoder. Its communication module is sercos with signal transfer via fiber optics to guarantee the secure exchange of real-time data with minimal wiring. This module also aids rapid data transfer as an extremely short cycle time is required for the transfer of all target and actual values between the control system and control units. The maximum inrush current of the CSH control section is 4A, while its maximum pulse width is 100ms.
Firmware is compatible with the CSH01.1C-SE-ENS-MEM-MD2-L2-S-NN-FW, but it must be ordered separately. The device’s control panel is the standard type with a single-line display. It is a useful tool for observing the device’s performance metrics and diagnosing its faults. Other functions that users can perform using this component include setting the transmission power and field bus transmission rate of the sercos module, starting the basic load defaults procedure, and establishing the position data reference. Safe Torque Off, a cost-effective module, is its safety technology option to prevent the motor’s unintended startup. The CSH model also has an encoder emulation interface and a combined extension with Digital I/O Extension and SSI Encoder Evaluation.
