Bosch Rexroth’s longevity in the drive industry is a result of creativity and innovation. It is the creator of the Rexroth IndraDrive system with products like gearboxes, servo motors, and drive controllers. Power sections and control sections are the essential parts of these drive controllers.

The CSH01.1C-SE-ENS-MEM-MD1-S2-S-NN-FW is a model of the ADVANCED control sections in the CSH series designed and manufactured by Bosch Rexroth. It is capable of emulating galvanically isolated absolute value and incremental encoder signals through its encoder emulation interface. Additionally, it offers a Digital I/O Extension option, providing 12 digital 24V inputs and eight digital 24V outputs. Operators can easily access the control and monitoring functions of the device through its standard control panel with a single-line display. Examples of these include setting the transmission power and field bus transmission rate of the sercos module, accessing the error memory, and initiating the basic load defaults procedure. If used in residential areas, high-frequency interference may occur as the control section falls under category C3 per IEC 61800-3.

Thanks to its standard encoder evaluation interface, the CSH01.1C-SE-ENS-MEM-MD1-S2-S-NN-FW can be connected to diverse encoder types. They include the 5V-TTL square-wave encoder with reference track, the sin-cos encoder (1 Vpp) with EnDat 2.1, the sin-cos encoder (1 Vpp) with Hiperface, and the MSK motor encoder. They have a supply voltage rating of 12V. Another module in the control section is its Safe Motion module. This safety technology option is ideal for triggering different application-related safety functions. They include safe maximum speed, safely-limited speed, safely-limited increment, and safely-monitored deceleration. The CSH model should be installed at a maximum height of 1,000m.
