Product Description
Two major components comprise the drive controllers in the IndraDrive system by Bosch Rexroth: the control section and the power section. This control section has a modular build to aid its customization to suit application-specific use. It is used in printing machines and handling and mounting systems.
The CSH01.1C-SE-ENS-MEM-MD1-L2-S-NN-FW is a configurable control section with the sercos interface in Bosch Rexroth’s CSH series. Fiber optic cables are used to connect the control section to other system components via this module. As a result, data exchange is rapid and secure. Minimal wiring is also required, reducing the burden and cost of installation. The control section’s encoder emulation interface emulates galvanically isolated absolute value and incremental encoder signals without a drop in efficiency. It also comes with the Digital I/O Extension, which provides 12 digital 24V inputs and eight digital 24V outputs. This control section accommodates firmware use, but it must be ordered separately.
Safe Torque Off is integrated into the CSH01.1C-SE-ENS-MEM-MD1-L2-S-NN-FW to protect users and machinery from accidents. It works by preventing the motor from restarting unintentionally. The control section’s compatibility with different kinds of encoders is possible thanks to its standard encoder evaluation interfaces. Encoders that can be connected have a supply voltage of 12V. They include the sin-cos encoder (1 Vpp) with EnDat 2.1, the 5V-TTL square-wave encoder with reference track, the sin-cos encoder (1 Vpp) with reference track, and the sin-cos encoder (1 Vpp) with Hiperface. Configuring this CSH model can be done using its standard control panel. It has a single-line display that shows information like its operating status and unresolved faults. Other functions can be explored using its four keys.
