Product Description
CSH01.1C-SE-ENS-MEM-MA1-NN-S-NN-FW is a control section for Bosch IndraDrive controllers. It contains all the circuits – processors, RAM, modules – that the controller uses for processing and control. The slots on the control section allow installation of different modules. Operators can install encoder modules, I/O extension modules, communication modules and safety modules. The control section is equipped with a SERCOS interface. SERCOS is a digital communication standard used in industrial automation applications, primarily for motion control. It provides a high-speed and deterministic communication link between various automation devices such as motion controllers, drives, I/O devices, and sensors. SERCOS can achieve data rates of up to 100 Mbps, which allows for high-speed communication and real-time control of automation devices. SERCOS is a deterministic communication system, which means that communication between devices occurs at predetermined intervals, ensuring reliable and predictable performance.
SERCOS uses optical fiber as the transmission medium, which provides immunity to electromagnetic interference and allows for longer cable lengths. Ring topology provides protection from single cable cuts. The slot for a safety module on the CSH01.1C-SE-ENS-MEM-MA1-NN-S-NN-FW is vacant. An encoder IndraDyn/Hiperface module and an analog I/O extension module are installed on the unit. Technical personnel can configure the control section from a standard control panel. This type of control panel must be connected or disconnected when the control section is not energized. Firmware for the controller has to be ordered as a separate subposition. The CSH01.1C-SE-ENS-MEM-MA1-NN-S-NN-FW mounts on a power section. Only trained personnel are authorized for mounting and dismounting control sections. Any exposed conductive parts that can come into contact with the control section must be discharged through grounding. Conductive packaging must be used for control section storage and transport.
