Product Description
The CSH01.1C-SE-ENS-MA1-MD1-S2-S-NN-FW is a Bosch IndraDrive control section. The CSH product line includes three types of control sections: basic, basic universal and advanced. The CSH01.1C-SE-ENS-MA1-MD1-S2-S-NN-FW belongs to the advanced category. It is a configurable device that operators can use for single-axis applications. It has two integrated analog outputs and one integrated analog input. An analog I/O extension module installed on the unit supports four ±10 Volt analog channels with 12-bit resolution. The physical interface on the module is a15-pin female D-sub interface. The recommended wire type is stranded copper wire with 0.08 to 0.5 mm2 cross-section. The digital I/O extension module installed on the CSH01.1C-SE-ENS-MA1-MD1-S2-S-NN-FW adds twenty channels rated for 24 Volts. The physical interface on the module is a 25-pin female D-sub interface. The recommended wire type is stranded copper wire with 0.08 to 0.5 mm2 cross-section.
The installed safety module support safe motion which enables several safety functions, such as safe stop 1 (Emergency stop), safe stop 1, safe stop 2, safe maximum speed, safely-limited speed, safely-limited increment, safe direction, safely-monitored position, safely-limited position, safely-limited position, positive, safely-limited position, negative, safe homing procedure, safe braking and holding system and safely-monitored deceleration. The CSH01.1C-SE-ENS-MA1-MD1-S2-S-NN-FW control section works with a standard control panel. The display on the control panel shows operating states, command and error diagnoses and pending warnings. With the four-button keypad, the commissioning engineer or service technician, in addition to communication via the commissioning tool or NC control unit, can have extended diagnoses displayed at the drive controller and trigger simple commands. The unit supports SERCOS master communication. Optimal controller performance requires 0 to 40 degrees Celsius temperature and 0 to 1000 meters site elevation. Controller use outside these limits leads to performance degradation.
