The Bosch Rexroth CSH01.1C-SE-ENS-MA1-MD1-L1-S-NN-FW is an industrial control section. It is a primary component of drive controllers from the IndraDrive product line. It has a modular design. Operators can install plug in modules to match the controller to applications requirements. The CSH01.1C-SE-ENS-MA1-MD1-L1-S-NN-FW is equipped with four plug in modules: three are functional modules and one is a safety module. The module installed in the first slot is an encoder IndraDyn/Hiperface module. This module works with motor encoders designed with a 12 Volt supply. The module installed in slot 2 is an analog I/O extension that makes available the following I/O: two differential analog input channel and two analog output channels. All channels on this module are rated for ±10 Volts and support 12-bit resolution. The module installed in slot 3 is a digital I/O extension module.
The module makes available the following I/Os: twelve digital input channels and eight digital output channels. All channels on this module are rated for 24 Volts. The safety module support starting lockout, which complies with stop category 0 according to EN60204-1. EN 60204-1 is a European safety standard for electrical equipment. It specifies safety requirements for electrical equipment and systems and provides guidelines for the design, installation, operation, and maintenance of these systems. The standard applies to the electrical equipment and the electrical installations of machines, including the design, selection of components, and assembly of electrical equipment. The CSH01.1C-SE-ENS-MA1-MD1-L1-S-NN-FW supports SERCOS master communication. It is compatible with a standard control panel that must be connected/disconnected when the control section is inactive (powered off). The control section firmware must be ordered separately from the hardware components. Only qualified personnel should handle the device.
