Product Description
Two units comprise the drive controllers in Bosch Rexroth’s IndraDrive drive system: the power section and the control section. The control sections in the CSH series are in the ADVANCED range and have several interfaces to suit application-specific use. They are commonly used in handling and mounting systems, machine tools, and food processing and packaging machines.
The CSH01.1C-SE-EN2-NNN-MEM-S2-S-XP-FW is one of the configurable control sections in the CSH series designed and manufactured by Bosch Rexroth. It is suitable for encoders with a 5V supply voltage rating due to the presence of an encoder evaluation interface. These encoders include the sin-cos encoder (1 Vpp) with reference track, the 5V-TTL square-wave encoder with reference track, and the sin-cos encoder (1 Vpp) with EnDat 2.1. The CSH model has a typical inrush current of 4A and maximum pulse width of 100ms. It permits operation at switching frequencies of 2kHz, 4kHz, 8kHz, 12kHz, and 16kHz. Its safety technology module is Safe Motion, providing different application-related safety functions, such as safe direction, safe parking axis, and safely-monitored deceleration.
Absolute value and incremental encoder signals galvanically isolated from the circuit board are emulated via the encoder emulation interface of the CSH01.1C-SE-EN2-NNN-MEM-S2-S-XP-FW. The control section supports firmware use, but this must be ordered separately. It also has a standard control panel with a single-line display that shows operating states, command and error diagnoses and pending warnings. Some of the functions that can be performed with the standard control panel include setting the analog outputs and drive address, initiating the basic load defaults procedure, and accessing the error memory. This CSH model should not be installed higher than 1,000m.
