Product Description
Bosch Rexroth’s IndraDrive system is an ultra-efficient and highly future-proof automation solution for various challenges. The drive controllers in this system have two essential components: the power section and the control section. One class of the control sections is the CSH series.
The CSH01.1C-SE-EN2-NNN-MEM-S2-S-NN-FW is a Bosch Rexroth control section in the CSH series. It is a configurable type in the ADVANCED range with a typical inrush current of 4A. Its interfaces include an encoder evaluation interface and an encoder emulation interface. The encoder evaluation interface is built for standard encoders with a supply voltage of 5V, such as the sin-cos encoder (1 Vpp) with EnDat 2.1 and sense lines, the sin-cos encoder (1 Vpp) with reference track, and the 5V-TTL square-wave encoder with reference track. Its encoder emulation interface facilitates the emulation of galvanically isolated absolute value and incremental encoder signals. There is also a Safe Motion module in the control section with application-related safety functions like safely-limited speed, position, and safe door locking.
Higher control units can be connected to the CSH01.1C-SE-EN2-NNN-MEM-S2-S-NN-FW via its SERCOS communication module. Fiber optic cables are used for this connection, but they must be ordered separately. They ensure secure and rapid signal transfer and prevent the generation of electromagnetic interference. The CSH control section is equipped with a standard control panel for performing actions like establishing the position data reference, setting the drive address, and initiating the basic load defaults procedure. It can also be used to adjust the transmission power and field bus transmission rate of the SERCOS module. The permitted switching frequencies for operating this unit are 2kHz, 4kHz, 8kHz, 12kHz, and 16kHz.
