Product Description
Some of the applications for which Bosch Rexroth’s IndraDrive controllers are well-suited are food processing and packaging machines, handling and mounting systems, and paper processing and printing machines. These units are composed of two essential parts: the power section and the control section. Its control section is plugged into the power section and is available with various interfaces.
The CSH01.1C-SE-EN2-NNN-MEM-S1-S-NN-FW is a model of the configurable control sections in the CSH series designed and manufactured by Bosch Rexroth. It supports encoders with a 5V supply voltage rating, such as the sin-cos encoder (1 Vpp) with EnDat 2.1 and sense lines, the 5V-TTL square-wave encoder with reference track, and the sin-cos encoder (1 Vpp) with reference track. This is thanks to its encoder evaluation interface. Another interface in the control section is its encoder emulation interface for emulating absolute value and incremental encoder signals. The signals are galvanically isolated from the circuit board, and it does not require an external power supply. Operating the control section can be done at switching frequencies of 2kHz, 4kHz, 8kHz, 12kHz, and 16kHz.
A SERCOS module facilitates the interaction of the CSH01.1C-SE-EN2-NNN-MEM-S1-S-NN-FW with other control units. They are connected via fiber optic cables; hence, electromagnetic interference is absent, and the rate of signal transfer is accelerated. This CSH model has a Safety Technology I/O module to provide application-related safety functions like safety-related reduced speed, direction of motion, standstill, and drive interlock. Its standard control panel has a single-line display and four operating keys for triggering simple commands and performing several functions. These include establishing the position data reference, starting the basic load defaults procedure, and setting the analog outputs.
