Product Description
Bosch Rexroth’s drive and motion control units assure safety and efficiency in their operations. The CSH control sections in its IndraDrive drive system are components of highly functional drive controllers. They are used in machine tools, food processing and packaging machines, and paper processing and printing machines.
The CSH01.1C-SE-EN2-NNN-MEM-NN-S-XP-FW is a configurable CSH control section in the ADVANCED range. It has a typical inrush current of 4A, while its maximum pulse width is 100ms. With its encoder evaluation interface, standard encoders with a supply voltage of 5V can be connected to it. These are the 5V-TTL square-wave encoder with reference track, the sin-cos encoder (1 Vpp) with reference track, and the sin-cos encoder (1 Vpp) with EnDat 2.1 and sense lines. Its communication module is SERCOS; hence, seamless communication between the control section and other control units is guaranteed. Such connections are done using fiber optic cables to prevent electromagnetic interference and ensure rapid data transfer.
Simple commands are triggered on the CSH01.1C-SE-EN2-NNN-MEM-NN-S-XP-FW using its standard control panel. These actions are performed with its four operating keys and single-line display. They include initiating the basic load defaults procedure, establishing the position data reference, setting the analog outputs, and setting the drive address. The control section’s encoder emulation interface emulates absolute value and incremental encoder signals, which are galvanically isolated from the circuit board. This process does not require an external power supply. Allowed switching frequencies for operating the CSH control section are 2kHz, 4kHz, 8kHz, 12kHz, and 16kHz. It also supports firmware, which is ordered separately. Ideally, this CSH model should be installed at a maximum height of 1,000m above mean sea level.
